Technology Requirements: Our telehealth platform is compatible with standard devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers. A stable internet connection, microphone, and camera are recommended for the best experience.

User-Friendly Platforms: We use secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing software that is designed to be easy to use. Instructions are provided before your appointment to ensure you are comfortable with the technology.  If you experience difficulties connecting to the platform, our support team is available to assist you.

Support for Patients with Disabilities; We strive to ensure that all patients, regardless of their physical, sensory, or cognitive abilities, can access our telehealth services. If you have a disability, we will make reasonable accommodations to help you participate fully in your psychiatric care.

Alternative Formats: If you need assistance with reading or understanding information related to your appointment (such as documents, instructions, or consent forms), we can provide these materials in alternative formats (e.g., large print).

Emergency Situations: Telehealth services are designed for outpatient psychiatric care. In case of an emergency, we recommend that you call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
